First Walter Roberts III Scholarship recipient announced

The Michigan Classical Consortium is pleased to announce that Faith Hill from Wayne State University has been selected as the first Walter Roberts III scholar.

Words from Ms. Hill:

“I am honored to be awarded the Walter Roberts Scholarship. My goal is to become a professor and a researcher in classical antiquity and philosophy, but I did not have the finances to support my degree. This scholarship has given me hope and further fueled my passion to study the classics and keep the field alive. I hope through my studies that I can honor the legacy of Walter Roberts.”
